As a business owner I am just shocked that the provincial government would roll back the Cap & Trade legislation. Given the undeniable realities of climate change, stopping this initiative without having a solid replacement is just criminal. I think I would have preferred a Carbon Tax, but can see advantages to align with California & Quebec. Breaking those inter-jurisdictional alliances will just make it harder to make any progress on reducing our Carbon Footprint.

This is a stupid, short-sighted, decision.
