I am opposed to the pause.
Any delay of these important regulations to the dumping of soils will mean problems down the road for our shrinking environment of natural landform systems that maintain biodiversity.
Many operators who support the regulations have done due diligence and know that the unscrupulous operations will welcome this delay.
It is important to get these regulations enforced as they are now in effect.
