I am opposed to the Pause, as a resident who suffered during a large scale fill operation for over 5 years and the site is full of contaminated soil. Nothing has been done about the Tottenham Airfield contamination, lack of stormwater management and Green for Life made billions. I have to test my water every year at $1000 a test. We have waited long enough for the Excess Soil Requirements to move through and having a pause this late in the process is endangering more people, ground water and improper management of contaminated soil. It’s ridiculous to pause a regulation already in effect. We are just making it easier for more companies to take advantage of the lack of regulations
