You promised not to touch the Greenbelt. Hands off.
The Greenbelt is vitally important for the area. Whether the land is agricultural, ecologically sensitive, or environmentally important, it has been protected for a reason.
A swap will not take away the importance of the lands that are protected. As food prices soar and environmental disasters increase in frequency, removing any of these protections is foolish.
Keep the Greenbelt. Developers will have to make do elsewhere.
