Doug Ford, premier of Ontario promised not to touch the green belt. The proposed changes are going to have a significant effect on Ontario and its conservation efforts. Perhaps the funding and proposed changes could be built into helping the masses of people who cannot afford adequate housing. Building more mansions to support the rich and thriving does nothing to address the housing shortage, crisis and poverty that has plagued many families. Do not build on the green belt. Help us to make the future better and more sustainable by supporting our local communities in the GTA. Keep your hands off the land you promised to protect.
