After reviewing the plan in detail and knowing many of the proposed areas for redevelopment I think the plan is good for Ontario. I think the communication and press coverage is negative and poor not clearly reporting on what will be developed and the overall benefits for Ontario, jobs, homes and better community.

I area of policy not being addressed here is the incredibly slow municipal building approval process. Where I live, Oakville, there is the equivalent of hundreds of new potential home sites sitting vacant stuck in municipal bureaucracy. I expect this is similar in all cities within the Golden Horseshoe and needs to be addressed while freeing up rural areas for development.
