The proposal stands to benefits only a select people and rather than developing other areas within Ontario, there's a focus on the GTA rather than in any other parts of Ontario that could do with a bit of urban growth.

I find it shocking that rather than focusing on rent controls, and affordability, we are talking about stripping land that will benefits a select few rather than giving other cities opportunity to grow.

I think this plan is short sighted and stands to benefits only a select few. It's disappointing that THIS is the plan to address the housing crisis rather than practical steps that could offer immediate relief.

I make closer to six figures, and I live alone. I can't afford to take the TTC any more, because of the added expenses. I also don't drive, and I rent an apartment, because the only thing that I could buy is a studio condo. I can guarantee that NONE of these proposed housing will address a family who makes the same money that I make. So who is this housing really for?
