It is important, because these are valuable lands, to develop the land as responsibly as possible and prioritizing community wellbeing, not just growth. That means taking into consideration new ideas to develop a community and not just building densily packed "cookie cutter houses" to satisfy a number. These communities should lead developments for future communities and even though that may slow down the process, it's something really important for future generations, not just ours.
