I want Ontario to set & enforce CO2 limits, and provide a mechanism for collecting compensation when these limits are exceeded. I want Ontario do it's part to achieve the goals of the Paris Climate Change Accord. The province should foster clean energy solutions with compensation collected from polluters. Ontario is fortunate to be in a relatively stable climate zone; we need to do everything we can to support that stability. My children & yours are dependant on that stability in climate.
