I wholeheartedly reject…

I wholeheartedly reject every proposal of the Ontario Conservative Party on climate action. Decisions thus far have been based on ideology and not science. To even suggest you care about environmental stewardship is a farce.
The future is renewable energy and the Doug Ford government has jettisoned works in progress out of spite.
I want a real climate change plan to reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs in the $26 trillion clean economy.
Climate change is real whether or not Doug Ford and his rich Conservative cronies think it is. I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. I want legally binding emissions targets in line with our obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.
I want Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2050. I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies and redirect this money to clean energy solutions.

Most of all I'd like Doug Ford to resign and take his regressive policies with him, on the Environment, on Sex Education, on the minimum wage, on taxation. 11 million people in Ontario did NOT VOTE Conservative. 3 million actively voted against Doug Ford.

History will record him as the worst Premier ever elected by our broken electoral system.
