I am very concerned about…

I am very concerned about Doug Ford's position on climate change ... or lack thereof. He needs to represent Ontario, not Saskatchewan or Alberta, he needs to represent ONTARIO's citizens' positions. He was elected by US, not the fossil fuel companies of western Canada. Here's my input:

1. We need to stop supporting fossil fuels and oil corporate greed. Fossil fuels are a finite resource and we must look to a green future supporting clean energy solutions - we are running out of time!

2. We must hold polluters accountable for their emissions and, for now, carbon taxing is a good first step. Put that in place and then look at possible improvements to that while at least doing that. Stop supporting big corporations' bottom line and stand firm in holding them accountable for their emissions!

3. The future is alternative green solutions. That's where the environment and JOBS of the future lie. Move on and stop supporting the good ol' boys in the fossil fuel industry! That means NO HANDOUTS, NO SUBSIDIES! Move on to green!

4. Support our commitment to The Paris Climate Agreement. Stop trying to be like Trump. Do what's right for the planet, there is no Plan B once our planet dies. We must work together as a country and globally before its too late.
