I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. Ontario deserves a future, but if we cancel this system with no comprehensive plan to address pollution and climate change we will have no future left.

The Bill to cancel this system is ignoring evidence based work. I want Ontario to end subsidies and handouts to companies who dont care about the resources ONtario has and redirect this money to clean energy solutions. The GreenON program that was funded by the cap and trade system was money actually in Ontarians pockets and not some corporation. We like many other Ontarians were able to take advantage before the untimely and unfortunate cancellation of policy.

If this government is truly progressive then you should think Big and implement a real plan to fight climate change instead of having no plan at all and cancelling the only plan there is......
