At a time when the best data indicates we have at most a decade to prevent terrible consequences from global warming, scrapping cap and trade is completely irresponsible.

Considering cap and trade is widely considered a sound economic way of mitigating the emission of carbon, I'm shocked and disappointed that the Conservative party doesn't see the value in a market based solution.
