The United Nations recently published a report on global warming indicating that global temperatures are rising significantly quicker than anticipated. The report also states that due to rising sea levels, smaller island bound communities and countries will be at risk of devastation by as early as 2040. The primary solution suggested by this group of 90 scientists from 40 countries worldwide was to increase carbon emission taxes. This is the only way to reduce carbon emissions quick enough to avert disaster. If Our Ontario premier is successful in eliminating the carbon tax, Ontarians will be adding significantly more CO2 into the atmosphere. SUPPORT CARBON TAX
