We have had many warnings and predictions about our global climate situation and the recent update is most serious as our time to help control the progression is very short. The cancellation of this program is short sighted and will hasten the inevitable result of irreparable damage to the planet that is our home. The example set by the U.S. government (except California) is exactly what not to do. Reopening coal mines, withdrawal from the Global climate accord and removing subsidies from Solar manufacturing enterprises and expanding oil production are backward steps for short term political gains is a plan for certain disaster.
The U. S. Example should NOT be followed by Canada. We should be leaders, not followers!
