My family and I, as do most of Oro-Medonte residents, depend on the aquifer to live here in Oro-Medonte. I count heavily on government - local, provincial and federal to protect my environment so that I can continue to live here. Already so much of our water from the aquifer is being taken by the water bottling company, Gold Springs on the 9th line in Oro-Medonte. Please do not approve any more taking of this life giving resource to the Gravel pit industry now. We can't go on abusing the moraine and this natural cleansing system for the use of industry and big business. We cannot keep stealing from nature as if it is there for governments to give away.

Protect us. Keep greedy hands off of the water filtered by the Oro-Medonte moraine. It does not belong to you to give away to large industrial groups for their profit. It is here to sustain life for people living here and in the future. Protect the ordinary people. This is your job.
