This program was the most realistic and effective solution to addressing current day environmental challenges in Ontario. Climate change is not going to slow down or go away should politicians choose to ignore it. Ontario citizens are urging the government to make progressive steps towards mitigating human climate change impacts and this act is not a step in the right direction. The Cap and Trade Cancellation Act is a mistake and if this act is passed, I will never in my life vote for the Progressive Conservatives and I will urge all of my peers, colleagues, family, and friends to do the same.
