I am opposed to this. There are good reasons based on science fact and democracy that these activities were regulated.
If this proposal passes - the
Improper management of wastewater and storm water has the potential to cause serious impacts to human and environmental health.
-a lack of proper management will lead to economic and environmental costs as well as social. Human health and environmental health will suffer the consequences of deregulation. Rules were put in place for good reason not for fun. If this proposal goes through it will be another poor decision that all of us will ultimately pay for.
