This does not go far enough. Animals are referred to as “natural resources”, but are more than “natural resources”. They are beings unto their own rights. Unfortunately, many infrastructure projects involve cruel animal management like rodenticides, traps, etc. Please insist that the transit system and other infrastructure only use non lethal humane methods.
