It is very shallow that the Ontario Government is willing to repeal Cap and Trade as a method to curtail greenhouse gas emissions. The repeal is not the problem it is the lack of the Provincial Government to have a replacement plan that recognizes the need for Green House gas emission containment or reduction.

The bill appears to be a quick first step by the Ontario Government to move in a direction of greenhouse gas denial. Greenhouse gas emissions are causing climate change. It can be seen and felt through the increased severe weather reports received. The unfortunate aspect of the repeal is the Ontario Governments blindness to the costs that will be shared by the populace through increased insurance premiums and disaster relief funding.

Please begin work immediately on the governments' replacement act to curtail greenhouse gas emissions and how it will contribute to a better environment for the residents of Ontario and Canada.
