Is this project compliant with Oshawa’s sewer use bylaw limits in Schedule A fir storm sewer?

These works discharge directly to Goodman Creek from a private entity. They appear to boycott municipal management all together. Will these works be managed, maintained in perpetuity by whomever owns the property & works?

Will MECP oversee and monitor the requirements of this permit to verify effluent directly to a creek meets quality & quantity requirements thereby ensuring compliance with the Ontario Water Resouces Act, Endangered Species Act & other applicable provincia legislation?

I don’t understand how these one off site specific ECA permits for storm water management that discharge directly into waterways will restore, enhance or improve source & surface water protection in Ontario.

It is impossible that cumulative impacts are being considered or understood. This is a massive operation with heavy equipment. I am not satisfied that the discharge criteria can be achieved. The applicant is the developer, has the Ministry ascertained or asked who will be responsible for maintenance & monitoring?
