I live nearby in Weston Downs and question why this proposal is not following the normal process and instead is being forced through quickly with an MZO. I am shocked that someone believes that this small parcel of land could support four 32 story residential buildings. The location is also not at all receptive to four residential buildings. It is right beside an on ramp for the highway. Traffic is already terrible on Langstaff and this will make things much worse.
This proposal should go through the normal review process with environmental review, traffic review and all the other normal requirements that every other development should go through.
