-I live in the sub division closest to this area and the traffic is already unbelievable. There is constant bumper to bumper traffic from 7-9am and 4:30-6pm.
-The depreciation of the homes in this area is another huge factor. These homes are surrounded by estates and a national golf course. This is not the space for a 1 bedroom apartment high rise.
-Will the taxes be lowered if the value of the homes are lowered?
-considering there are 3 Catholic schools in the nearest neighborhood's 1 being French immersion , where are students supposed to enroll? Including public school attending student
Please move these apartments to hwy 7 and Weston road with the other condos and apartments. This is definitely not the space for it
