As a resident of Weston Downs for over 34 years, I and my family are extremely concerned with this plan to build 32-story buildings at Langstaff & Criesly.
This will add an enormous congestion to the already very congested traffic jams on Weston rd. , with heavy cut through traffic through
our Weston Downs neighborhoods creating an unsafe and noisy streets where children no longer feel safe.
In addition, this will bring unwanted crime to the already heavy crime, break-ins, carjackings, etc. ,that our neighborhoods are experiencing.
We all understand people need a place to live. However, Justin Trudeau should have planned his massive number of new comers better and have better housing plans, instead of just packing tens of thousands of people in our neighborhoods.
Ontario is a very large province, why not build more housing further north, instead of jamming all these people around our neighborhoods for which we worked our whole lives and invested our whole life savings to build!
