This approval authorizes the following site plan amendments:
- to allow a change to the sequence of excavation,
- import fill to refill the land to pre-extraction elevations,
- to change the final rehabilitation plan from a pond to filled land.

The proposal request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Additionally, notification of this application has been forwarded to the City of Ottawa, Rideau Valley Conservation Authority, and any landowners within 120 metres of the licensed boundary that do not currently have an approved aggregate licence on the property for comment.
