The changes to the site plan for ARA Licence No. 3574 were approved by the Director on March 26,2026
The approval allows James Brian Ross to revise the rehabilitation plan to fill the site to pre-existing grade and permit the importation of excess soils.
In addition, the following changes are also proposed to the operation:
- Revise the licence boundary limit of extraction, based on updated topographic information.

Public consultation opportunities
The proposal request for this licence is being circulated within the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry. Additionally, notification of this application will be forwarded to the Essa township, Simcoe County, and residents within 120 metres of the site for comment.
