9388-7644 Quebec Inc. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for an Environmental Compliance Approval amendment to expand the existing stormwater management dry pond to provide sufficient capacity for the proposed site development, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 12026 Dawley Drive, Township of North Dundas, Ontario.

The proposed works will consist of a pond expansion includes lowering the bottom of the pond by 15 centimeters and expanding the footprint of the pond by approximately 10 meters to the east (towards the Dawley Municipal Drain). The expanded pond will provide sufficient capacity to control flows to pre-development levels for all storms up to and including the 100-year event.
