Niagara Propagators Inc. - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for a new greenhouse stormwater management facility serving Niagara Propagators Inc., located at 723/745 Concession 7 Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

The stormwater management facility is designed to manage roof water from the new agricultural greenhouse and includes a new stormwater/irrigation pond Stormwater Management (SWM) Pond (permanent volume 40, 562 cubic metres, active volume 5,413 cubic metres). The SWM Pond discharges to the Bergman Municipal Drain directly to the east.

The final receiver of the discharge from the cistern is Lake Ontario (via municipal drains), it is not expected to be impacted by the effluent discharged from the site.
