This Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) amendment application is for the stormwater management works serving the Vine Fresh Acres Ltd. Phase 3 Greenhouse Expansion Site, located at 420 Essex Road 14, and the existing Lebo Farms Ltd. greenhouse site located at 429 Mersea Road 8, both in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.
The existing ECA No. 3257-CRAPT7 shared between Vine Fresh and Lebo Farms addresses the stormwater management for the Vine Fresh Phase 1 & 2 greenhouses and sanitary disposal system shared between Vine Fresh and Lebo Farms.
The intent is to amend this ECA to include the new shared stormwater management works. There is an existing ECA on file for the Lebo Farms site (ECA No. 9972-CJNQ9Z), which at the time addressed the entire Lebo Farms Greenhouse site. This ECA will no longer be needed if the new shared stormwater management pond works can be amended under the ECA No. 3257-CRAPT7.
