This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (M&P sewage) for MacPherson Builders (Cranberry) Limited. This proposal is for the approval of storm sewers, and oil and grit separators to be constructed on Blue Fairway Block 5 & 6, Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe.

The proposed residential development will consist of:

  • 13 bungalow townhouse blocks
  • two (2) four-storey midrise apartment blocks
  • 16 two-storey townhouse blocks
  • 10 three-storey townhouse blocks
  • a gym pavilion
  • pool

The stormwater will discharge into the natural environment.
