Description of instrument
An application has been made by HSC Aggregates Ltd. to amend the rehabilitation page of the site plan for the west half of the licence. The proposed changes to the site plan would allow for the western portion of the licence to be prepared for the development of an outdoor recreation center. The eastern half of the licence was previously rehabilitated and is currently being utilized for agricultural activities.
The amended rehabilitation page would allow the owner of the property to develop the site after the side slopes are rehabilitated and the existing stockpiles are removed.

HSC Aggregates Limited operates this site under the authority of Licence #4965 under the Aggregate Resources Act.
