The GTA is growing at a terrifying rate. The fields and open spaces between Brampton and Georgetown are disappearing. The open spaces between Milton and Acton are disappearing. Brampton is encroaching on Caledon.
The Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury supports comments that have or will be on behalf of the County of Simcoe (articulated in report Item Number CCW - 17-263).
I and Huronia Land Conservancy, the organization that I represent, wish to submit the following proposed changes to the Greater Golden Horseshoe Growth Plan.
I am writing to you on behalf of the Innisfil District Association, a residents group in the Town of Innisfil. We strongly advocate for the extension of the Greenbelt on the west side of Lake Simcoe.
An envelope with comments on the Proposed Natural Heritage System has been mailed to Ms. Ala Boyd via Canada Post and should arrive the afternoon of October 4. Should it be delayed, below is the text (figure included in mailed comments):
A formal letter with mapping will be mailed as well.
