Doug Ford seems to love wasting taxpayers' money. Cancelling cap and trade (which as we all know is NOT and never was a "carbon tax") will result in unwinnable lawsuits which will be paid with public funds, and some kind of climate plan will be forced on Ontarians by the Federal government anyway.
