I think we need to tax carbon, and carbon burners (gas guzzlers especially) on a progressive scale. Big SUVs should have a huge (20,000$) tax put on them, electric cars should actually get a rebate - all on a scale based on their MPG or l/100km. Read more

I believe the government must not repeal the existing provisions put in place to protect the environment without a concrete plan to replace them with. If the PC government believes that Cap and Trade are not working, they have a duty to fix it. Read more

I’m concerned that you don’t seem to have any set policy to target climate change. Several of your sitting MPps were elected while denying climate change was a man made issue. It appears you’ve decided to cancel a revenue neutral plan for no reason.
