I think it is very important that Ontario have a very robust policy for protecting and preserving the environment. If the PC government believes cap and trade is not the way to accomplish this, then please show us your plan to accomplish this BEFORE you blow up the present policies. Read more

Recently the Provincial Government's Minister of Government and Consumer Service stated "What we are doing is in the best interests of the people of Ontario", with regard to Bill 4. He did not state what would be in the best interests of this planet. Read more

This is not a good idea to repel. Not only is it not helping the fact of environmental issues that we have, but also will stall the automotive sector, and industrial sectors that support and replacement equipment that keep equipment in appliance to environmental regulation.

Moving backwards on climate change is unacceptable! Emissions need to be reduced and putting a price on carbon is the best way forward. Charging polluters will force their hand to reduce emissions. This revenue used to advance green energy will lead to a more prosperous Ontario in the future. Read more
