This is ridiculous! If we keep getting rid of the farms that produce food for people and bring more people to reside in those areas. There is going to be a food crisis! If we get rid of the farms and buy our food from other places, we increase the carbon footprint. Read more

Remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. Our environment needs to be protected for the good of us all.

As a tax paying 70 year old person I've seen too many of our wild areas being taken over in the name of " progress" . PLEASE lets not endanger the environment for the almighty dollar . The need for wild places that nurture us all is too important. thank you.

I am strongly opposed to opening the Green Belt to developers. The Green Belt includes all of our farming communities. We have already paved and built over many acres of good farmland and are quickly reducing our capacity for providing our own home-grown-in-Ontario food. Read more

Hands off Ontario's greenbelt. The Greenbelt land is very important to Ontario. Without it we cannot grow enough local food to sustain the population of those that prefer to support locally grown food rather than potentially contaminated foreign foods from industrial farms. Read more
