I am a resident in this community, and I am outside walking my dog a minimum of two to three times a day along Beechgrove Dr. We also frequently go to the playground (in Beechgrove Park) with my son, so I am probably one of the most frequent users of the sidewalks along this street. Read more

As a resident of the beautiful area I urge you to consider the following. In terms of environmental impact I'd like you to understand just the noise level residents are already experiencing due to heavy truck traffic. Early in the mornings and occasionally late at night. Read more

I am strongly opposed to this . We have a lovely quiet community, please do not go through with this proposal . We do not need big trucks up and down Port Union Road , there are enough as it is. This will put the elderly and children at risk on our streets.

We are against this submission because of the truck noise, sound pollution and processing pollution. Coronation cannot be reached without going through residential areas and passing schools. This is unhealthy and unsafe for the residents and for children and staff in the schools. Read more

The proposal will add significant dangerous emissions to a part of Scarborough that is already one of the most heavily toxic parts of Toronto (according to City of Toronto report in 2017). This plant would process up to six times more tonnes of waste a year than the ENTIRE City of Toronto. Read more
