This appears to be a very positive development and I fully support the initiative. The project serves to benefit the local community by providing a local means of recycling tires.

This is concerning. With Sault ste. Marie's high cancer rates goverment should be looking for ways to decrease biologically harmful pollution. We have enough to contend with because of the steal plant, now is the time to put health over profit please.

I personally reviewed the technology used in this proposal, and I would strongly suggest that the you provide a license for a much higher capacity rather than the required 20 metric tons, and would like to put through a proposal for that. Read more

The Environmental Screening Report makes reference to 8 appendices but I am unable to locate them. How will air and water quality be monitored? ... by the operator? or by an independent agent? Is there a spills/upset action plan? Read more

The exemption for Ellsin Environmental should not be approved until a more representative ESR is prepared. The 2019 report is based on data which has been selected since it is all that was available. Read more
