I think this proposal should be rejected. Keeping wild or domestic animals, even in humane conditions, for the purpose of using them as bait and prey, negates any attempt at "humane" treatment. They are not compatible. Read more

I wholeheartedly oppose to this proposal as I see this initiative as cruel and inhumane. There is a reason this was removed many years ago and if this is brought back, it is turning back the clock and society into stone age.

I don't agree with this practise. I feel it is not fair or humane that the wild animals are held captive and abused by hunters and their dogs. Not really hunting is it when the prey is fenced and has no where to go. Seems so american. Disappointing to know that these places exist.

My stance is that I strongly oppose the proposition put forward by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry to permit the issuance of fresh licenses and license transfers for train and trial regions in Ontario.

This is cruel and disgusting. I strongly disagree with this practice. You’re allowing people to legally train to then move underground. It is not solving the problem, it’s making the problem. If you don’t care about animals publicly, you don’t care about them underground.

Keeping wild animals for the purposes of training dogs is cruel and unusual punishment. We don't allow dogs to hunt down and attack eachother, why are we allowing this? Stop this practice and get some morals please.
