If we don't protect the environment now then when will we ever do it ? The green spaces are more important to the people of this province than money in developers pockets , so please consider limiting the urban sprawl and think of all our futures.

Region of Waterloo Official Plan approved in 2022 should remain as is. Regional Staff worked on several years of consultation to ensure all housing would be sufficient and homes would be available for all who live and work in Waterloo Region. Read more

Please approve the Waterloo Region Official Plan intact and without any of the forced urban boundary changes by the Minister seen elsewhere in Ontario. Our community is unique, we don't face the same issues seen elsewhere in Ontario and we don't have the housing shortage that others do. Read more
