The amount of parkland (or cash equivalent) developers have to provide should not be reduced. Green spaces are essential for healthy living. This reduction is a blatant give-away to developers. Read more

Having access to green spaces improves people's mental health. If this proposal is in force it will either result in people having less access to green spaces or municipal taxes increasing to pay for adequate green spaces. Read more
