I think this is an absolute travesty to the environment and our democracy. Doug Ford promised not to pave our Greenbelt and has lied to the citizens of this province. Ford claims that he has no choice because thousands of immigrants will be arriving in Ontario. Read more

This effort to develop on the greenbelt is an attack on the environment and sustainability of the province. Not only do these protected lands provide homes for wildlife, but it also provides necessary land required for filtration of our groundwater supply. Read more

As a Conservative Party voter in the last few elections, I am heavily opposed to any change to the Greenbelt for development. I trusted the party when comments were publicly made by minister Clark saying, "We’re not going to entertain any conversations about a land swap” on the Greenbelt. Read more

It is absolutely unacceptable to destroy any part of the greenbelt! These areas are some of the few remaining intact ecosystems in an urban environment that has ruined all other green spaces around it. The greenbelt was created to protect one small but essential part of our natural environment. Read more

I object this. The threat of what this could do to the environment greatly outweighs any possible benefit. Please consult a team of experts and post the findings online, along with a well documented background of each expert doing research so we can avoid any bias
