This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of Year Round subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 19,050 liters per day, to service Conestoga Cold Storage facility located at 16408 Steeles Avenue, in the Town of Halton Hills.
The proposed works include a Waterloo Biofilter treatment system which discharges to a Shallow Buried Trench leaching bed. The Ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
