Please do not pass this. It will allow developers to destroy natural areas like forests, fields, and wetlands, with very few consequences. Building homes is needed, but the UN says it can not be done at the cost of greenspace or wetlands. We need these natural areas as much as housing.

Base 31 is so named as a nod to the rich history which this site represents, that is in its origins as No. 31 Bombing & Gunnery School, part of the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan during World War II. Read more
