Please do not make it easier for developers to build sewers without rigorous environmental assessment. Poorly built sewers lead to basements flooding. And combined sewers lead to raw sewage ending up in waterways.

Federal legislation mandates animal testing of sewer effluent. This is ineffective and expensive and raises property taxes. I am concerned with the new sewers being built with less consideration to the environment. Please do not be damaging wetlands or building combined sewers that could cause raw sewage to go into the rivers. I am also concerned about the animal testing that goes on with effluent testing. Read more
