Really Hamilton is currently being covered by the over exposure to a vast magority of pollutants. The ministry currently have a proposal under review for the carbon black. adding more approvals for any increase should NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL THE PROPOSAL IS COME TO A DECISION. Read more
