I oppose the interim combined sewer proposal at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard West for Ontario Place's development. The plan would redirect untreated sewage into the West Channel, threatening public health and water quality for beachgoers, rowers, and swimmers. Read more

Re: the proposal for an interim combined sewer, it is not in the interests of Ontarians to flush sewage directly into the lake. This obvious hazard is to the detriment of the ecosystem and will affect aquatic life as well as people. Read more

Why are you willing to sacrifice the safety of residents through cleanliness of the lake, and prioritize the profits of private business over public enjoyment of public spaces. I couldn't disagree more with the proposed plan. Read more

Even temporary combined sewer overflows have harmful environmental consequences that adversely impact wildlife and humans. The combined sewer overflow at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard West, in the City of Toronto should not be approved.

This is a truly awful plan and just more proof of how completely incompetent governance amd planning is in this city. Have some goddamn pride and come up with solutions that are ACTUAL solutions, not just heedless makework efforts that do more damage than good. Read more
