This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for Vaughan 3 Energy Storage 1 GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Vaughan 3 Energy Storage 1 LP.
This application is for the establishment of sewage works infrastructure, in support of a proposed industrial development; for the collection, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 6531 Rutherford Road, in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.
The proposed sewage works will consist of a dry pond designed for quantity and quality control; discharging via dry swales towards the Rainbow Creek, within the Humber River Watershed.
