This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish a stormwater management works structure owned by AFA Holdings Inc., servicing a proposed Concrete Batch Plant Facility for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a property located at 2100 Sixth Line, Town of Innisfil, Ontario.

The sewage works will include storm sewers, ditches, a dry stormwater management pond, and a Temporary Extended Detention Basin, complete with an Oil and Grit Separator, for quantity and quality control discharging via Banks Creek #5, within the Innisfil Creeks Subwatershed.
