This Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) fails to comply with Premier Ford’s Build Homes Faster agenda and will not deliver a single home before 2031, the Province’s own housing deadline, and will take 25 years to complete. OPA70 is a better alternative and is ready to go. Read more

I am totally against these MZOs dictating the proposed developments in mid Town Oakville. To put it mildly, they are ludicrous and will cause serious and long term damage to our community. I support the Town's development proposal which will better suit our needs. Read more

My wife and I are Oakville residents. I do support a significant amount of new residential housing in the mid-town area near the trains. However, the proposal size with all of these high towers is way too much. It seems ridiculous the proposed density. Read more

I do not support the reckless proposal for midtown growth in Oakville. The municipal government also does not support it. We do not have the infrastructure for uncontrolled growth like that.
